Customers Fault Description : I have mislaid one remote so depend on this one but having changed battery it will still not respond
This Henderson Garage door control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be responding on either button press.
When opened a test was carried out on the buttons themselves and both were found to be high in resistance.
Both were changed and full functionality was restored.
