Customers Fault Description : Up/down flame adjustment buttons not work. On/ignition buttons working.
This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press. All 4 buttons were replaced and also the battery cable was replaced. Full functionality was restored.
