Daikin Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Daikin
Customers Fault Description : Led not working. This remote could be a challenge for you but I don’t mind paying more if you have to spend more time on it. It’s an older unit and cannot find replacement. It’s for our shop and staff and customers complaining it is too hot. Fridges are struggling to keep food cold enough. Or if you know where I can get a replacement
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the IR cover, battery cove and side cover was missing.
On adding batteries the remote was found to power up nad emit the infra red signal as per normal operation.
The control was then tested over a 4 day period at random intervals but no fault could be replicated. This has classed this item as no fault found.
Please note that the LED at the end is not visible to the human eye and can only be seen through an electronic device as per the testing video.
