Quattro Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Quattro

Customers Fault Description : 2 of the buttons are not working. Right Reverse button not working. (position as 4 o'clock) Left Forward not Working. (position as 10 o'clock) All other button and functions appear to be working correctly and rollers rotate as they should.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing 2 buttons (top left and bottom right) were non responsive.

This was found to be due to corrosion spots in the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
