Toshiba SE-R0307 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Can’t really give a detailed description, just to say it seems dead. Tried changing batteries and swearing at it but neither worked😔.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Toshiba remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button. The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be found.
The controller was tested over a 2 day period but no fault was found.
