Customers Fault Description : The metal negative, point to the battery has snapped off.
This Vibradorm adjustable bed control arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminal was found to be broken, this is a common issue. Rather than replace with the same type of terminal a clip was fitted to prevent the same issue happening in the future.
