Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Celebrity

Customers Fault Description : My parents remote cable is clearly damaged, the buttons work occasionally, loose or broken wire?? The chair works fine if I swap the remote with the one off the other chair

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a damaged cable and faulty buttons.

All buttons were replaced and then a replacement straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
