Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons are working on the remote control when you aim it at the ceiling light/fan.
<br /><br />
Have tried replacing the batteries but this did not work.
<br /><br />
When you press the on/off button on the remote the red light comes on and stays on only going out if you remove the batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was noted that the red light would illuminate but no signal was being transmitted.
This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
