Customers Fault Description : Button for raising and lowering leg support is not working, all other buttons appear to operate correctly. Damage to cable near controller & just after flexible/stretch part of cable

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable.  A replacement straight cable was fitted (the curly cables are not available) and also replacement conductive pads were glued into place on each button due to worn contacts.
