Customer's Fault Description
Remote lights up so electric getting through. It started by working intermittently but now nothing at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to be damaged internally at the remote end (see image).
The cable was cut back by a few centimetres to bypass the break and resolderd back into place.
