Gazco Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gazco
Customers Fault Description : The on/off function does not work. Up until a few days ago I could increase the flame, but that does not work now. The display does work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. (see testing video)
The control was opened and tested but no issue could be found.
It is likely that the issue is with the receiver itself, the customer is to check the batteries in the receiver and also check for battery leakage on the terminals which is very common.
