HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : All buttons working except leg recliner one - my husband spoke to you on Saturday. the chair is my mums.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have no issues. A continuity test was carried out on the cable with no problems and all the internal components (buttons and diodes) were all tested as ok.
This has classed this item as no fault found. It could be an intermittent issue with the cable but the only way to know this is to totally replace the cable which is a chargeable service but as we cannot find a fault it is not guaranteed that this is the cause of the fault.
After talking with the customer it was concluded to change the cable to eliminate the possibility of it being the cable. This was done and a straight cable was fitted.
