Customers Fault Description : No IR from any button. Can not open or close roof light nor operate lamps in roof light 76-4006 0503240613 910288-01
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation (see testing video). The control was component tested and no issue could be replicated.
A set of batteries has been supplied fitted on return to eliminate a battery issue with the customers batteries.
