Gutmann Extractor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On button broken on the remote - we have two remotes that need fixing. They are identical to the ones advertised on your site.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two extractor fan remotes arrived safely and on inspection one had a missing battery cover and a broken back case, these cannot be replaced due to lack of spare availability.
Both remotes had a missing button each. These button were replaced as well as one of the other buttons that was intermittent. This restored full functionality to both remotes.
