Gliderol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The light is working but not opening the garage door
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was badly damaged and not held together, this case cannot be replaced as spare cases are not available as spares.
On testing the remote would illuminate but no RF signal was being emitted. This was due to a a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
The case was held together using a washer and screw, a battery will be supplied fitted on return.
