Customers Fault Description : The remote will turn the fire up but not down

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal on both the UP and Down channels.

It has been concluded that the issue is with the receiver itself and not the remote as this item is classed as no fault found.
