Ego Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Ego
Customers Fault Description : Van laid up for two years - batteries flat in handset,new batts, cleaned contacts,handset led lights up and beeps but will not rebind or pair with the receiver,the green flashing bind light on the rec operates for the 10 second interval as it should. Please note that I have separated the remote casing to check for corrosion and broken the fixings, refitting with glue if repairable is the way to go !!. Regards Jim.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting a signal as per normal operation (see testing video). The top right button is a little temperamental but does function.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
