Homcom treadmill Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Everything lights up on the treadmill but the remote operates the moving belt and its not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Homcom treadmill remote arrived safely and on inspection both battery terminals were bent in such a way as to both be contacting only one terminal of the battery, meaning no power would get to the control.

The erroneous terminal was bent back into position so that it only touches the side of the battery.  When inserting a battery the remote was then found to transmit a signal on each button as per normal. 

A Duracell CR2032 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
