Purpleline Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Purpleline

Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to turn on from its double power button press.

This was due to a faulty LED, a replacement blue LED was fitted which restored full functionality.
