DeLonghi YCT-100 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : DeLonghi

Model : YCT-100

Customers Fault Description : It has only worked twice since I’ve had it. I changed the battery but still nothing. The red light comes on but doesn’t turn the fire on.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press as per normal operation.

The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.

It was therefore concluded that the issue is either with the receiver or the code select on the back of the remote (the dial on the remote allows the user to change the code being transmitted)
