Concern for Comfort Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : None of buttons working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This bed remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various non functioning buttons.

This was found to be due to worn button contacts.  All button contacts were replaced which restored full functionality.
