Customers Fault Description : Volume not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from the United States and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons including the volume buttons as per normal operation (see testing video).  The  remote was tested over a 2 day period but no fault could be replicated.

This has classed this item as no fault found.
