Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation and a strong RF signal was present (see testing video)
It is possible that the remote needs "pairing" with the receiver, this is something we cannot do remotely. Failing that it could be an issue with the receiver itself or an intermittent issue with the remote but without seeing a fault a repair cannot be carried out.
