Concern for Comfort Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Concern for Comfort
Customers Fault Description : Wire on battery terminal broken.
All buttons have lost their conductivity
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bed remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. On opening one of the battery wires was confirmed to be broken and also the button contact were worn.
The wire was soldered back into place and replacement conductive pads were fitted on each button which restored full functionality.
