RC01-008 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Wont work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press (see testing video).
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
It is highly likely that the issue is with the receiver part of the heater or the heater itself. The customer is to double check that the heater has power firstly (i.e. checking the fuse in the mains plug). Failing that the customer is to double check that the batteries inserted are fully charged and of decent quality. We see many times people using cheap batteries which simply do not have enough power to transmit a signal any decent distance.
