Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Mertik Maxitrol

Customers Fault Description : Receiver no longer receives signals from the remote control, unless within a few inches away.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself was found not to be transmitting a signal

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset.  A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.

No fault was found with the receiver.
