Customers Fault Description : Remote switches on but does not operate motor mover - maybe low voltage code showing?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation (see testing video).

It could be that the remote needs "pairing" with its receiver, this is something we cannot do remotely as it needs to be next to its receiver for pairing.

The RF signal was found to be quite strong, the remote will continue to flash until it is paired with its receiver.  

This item has been classed as no fault found.
