Flavel Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Flavel

Customers Fault Description : Bottom ignition button not working (small button below larger button on left of remote control). Decrease button for lowering flame (bottom button on right of remote control) not working. Not sure if it would be wise to replace all four buttons while having the first two being done?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons, all four buttons as well as the battery cable was replaced.  Full functionality was restored.
