Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : remote control for gas fire , lights up when pressed but receiver does not respond

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting.  This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.

No fault was found with the receiver.
