Customer's Fault Description
The forward and reverse buttons work fine, but the other buttons are very intermittent.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various sluggish / non responsive buttons.
This was due to contaminated button contacts (see image). Once the PCB and button pads were cleared of contaminants full functionality was restored.
