Customer's Fault Description
One turn button stopped working then caravan continues to move after you take finger off button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have non responsive directional buttons.
Some button were also sluggish in response.
On opening there was a mass of contamination over the button array and also a corrosion spot in the print (this was causing the non responsive button)
The button array was cleared of all contaminants and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that the remote only transmits when a button is pressed. The fault of the mover moving on its own without a button being pressed cannot be due to the remote unless one of the buttons were shorted out due to the contamination.
