Triton Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Triton

Customers Fault Description : The main on/off button on the remote is not working but the temp control buttons do switch it on and off. This remote is now obsolete with the manufacturer. If it can't be fixed then perhaps you could look to replace it with a simple standard remote controller.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing most of the buttons were non responsive.  When opened the print was found to have suffered corrosion spots from water ingress (see image).  The print was cleaned and then reworked.  Then replacement button caps were fitted under the original facia.  This restored full functionality.

A clone was requested which has been created this is priced at £20 making the total £46 (£20 repair, £20 clone and £6 return postage) 

Please see below for an image of the clone we have created from the original.  This clone is not waterproof so care must be taken to keep it dry.
