Customer's Fault Description
There are a number buttons that are starting to work intermittently. Specifically the "ok" button and the arrow buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a few sluggish / non responsive buttons.

This was due to contaminated button contacts (see image), this is from "sweat" soaking into the rubber keypad and eventually onto the PCB. 

The PCB was cleaned up and replacement conductive pads glued into place on each effected button which effectively creates a barrier from recontamination.
