Heki dometic Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Stopped pairing with roof light would like it to be checked if at all possible the light normally flicks indicating that it’s paired !
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation on each button.
On opening there was some liquid inside the control under the batteries, possibly from a leaking battery, the supplied batteries were disposed of and the liquid cleaned up.
As no fault was found there is no charge except the tracked and signed return postage charge.
