Customer's Fault Description
Very intermittent sometimes it would work sometimes it won't and IR seems to continuous rapid flashing but still no response on TV , remote looks very similar to a job that you have done which is job number 828420.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. One of the terminals was found to be bent out of shape, this was making an intermittent contact with the battery, this was bent back into place which restored partial functionality. Some of the buttons were non responsive.
When opened there was the usual sign of corrosion in the print traces. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
