HEKI 4 PLUS Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HEKI 4 PLUS
Customers Fault Description : Electrical connection broken. Top two buttons appear not to press down, but I don't know for sure as I have just bought this motorhome.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery terminal.
The terminal was replaced but the remote remained dead. When removing the PCB the buttons and the LED were found to be faulty. Also the traces were corroded causing a few open circuits, this is all from a battery leak.
The buttons and led was replaced and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
