Celcus soundbar Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Dead will not switch system on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation (see testing video).  The code being transmitted was tested and confirmed to be correct.

A Duracell CR2025 will be supplied fitted on return in case of a battery issue.  Failing that it could be an issue with the soundbar itself.
