Customer's Fault Description
The remote is not working at all or connecting to the caravan box. The remote usually beeps a few times if the power button is pressed but now it isn't doing anything. The light sometimes flashes if the batteries are moved but it doesn't beep or connect
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have no response from its power button.
This was due to corrosion on both sides of the print due to contamination (see images)
The print was cleaned up and reworked which restored full functionality (See testing video).
