Remote not working. Doesn’t power on

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead. 

One of the battery terminals fell out of the case.

This terminal had broken away from the PCB causing the dead issue, the print was reworked and the terminal refitted which restored full functionality.

A Duracell CR2032 remote will be supplied fitted on return.
