Reich Move Control D-35713 Eschenburg Remote Repair Details

Model : D-35713 Eschenburg
Customers Fault Description : The remote connects to the receiver when it’s within about 30cm of it making the rollers move. However, it does not connect to the receiver when further away do the rollers obviously don’t move.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a very weak intermittent signal.
A replacement PCB was fitted which restored full functionality. Please note that the customer is required to pair the control with the receiver as the insides are basically a replacement remote.
The customer has an issue with the receiver which is causing the range issue with the replacement remote PCB. The repair cost was refunded 29th Jul 2022 and the customer recommended to try the system with a wired umbilical
