Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Celebrity

Customers Fault Description : There are two buttons aside from the RESET button. The Rise Button (non-working) and The Recline Button (working).

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the remote was partially disassembled, the cable at the remote entry point was damaged and  also the button contacts were worn

The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break and conductive pads were then glued under each button. 

This customer requested a refund as they were having issues with the chair / remote and didn't want to return the remote, as per our satisfaction guarantee a full refund was issued 11th Aug 2022
