Glow worm Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Glow worm

Customers Fault Description : Stopped working ? changed batteries with new twice. still Not responding to boiler

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Surrey and on testing was found to be dead due to impacted battery terminals.

The terminals were bent back into position and reinforced using solder.  This restored full functionality.  Please note that the batteries will be very tight when fitted, this is how this item is meant to be.
