Customers Fault Description : lead from chair to controller badly damaged (knackered like me)

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Birmingham and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable. A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and also replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button.
