The on /off button not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Medion soundbar remote control arrived safely from Lancashire and on inspection the battery housing / tray appeared to be damaged and more importantly was inserted upside down.
The tray was removed and inserted correctly with a fully charged battery and the remote was found to be functioning as per normal operation.
This item has been classed as no fault found, a Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return. Please note that the battery tray may be loose due to the damage but as long as the tray stay in place it wont effect functionality (replacement trays are not available as spares)
