Customer's Fault Description
The lights would come and bright then go very dull and would just keep flickering so it wouldn't move the chair but not lights won't come on at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This HSL chair remote arrived safely from Wales and on opening was found to have a broken internal wire (see image) and worn button contacts.
The wire was soldered back into place and replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
