Customer's Fault Description
Batteries have been removed. With battery the controller power light works. With batteries the receiver power light does not work. When attached to the gas fire the controller -receiver does not make the gas fire control operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to transmit as per normal operation. The receiver unfortunately has signs of a battery leak which sadly makes a repair to the receiver not possible.
