Customers Fault Description : I believe the wire cable will need replacing as our latest puppy has been chewing through it.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This MiChair Seat riser 5 button 8pins controller arrived safely from Bury and on inspection the cable was found to be damaged at the remote end.  The cable was cut back by a couple of centimeters and reconnected to bypass the damage.

The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
