Customers Fault Description : Reset, lift and back control not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Hand held chair control arrived safely from Guernsey and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cant get the curly kind) and replacement conductive pads glued into place under each of the main buttons.
