Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons are working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dream Slimline Dimension Valor remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was found to have no response from any button press.

The button contacts were found to be worn and contaminated.  The contacts were cleaned up and replacement conductive pads glued under each button which restored full functionality. (see testing video)
