Customer's Fault Description
The batteries drain really quickly, literally it turns the fire on once & then won’t work again, even 10 minutes later! . It keeps needing to be re-tuned to the gas fire each time it’s used. Then it works once & we go through the same thing again (new batteries, re-tune and then it works for one time)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote control for global gas fire arrived safely from Kent and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator. The voltage regulator was replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.
